See it in action: CNC Machining

Our CNC Services

We are able to offer advanced CNC Machining services in Brisbane.

CNC (Computer numerical control) means a computer converts CAD files into numbers to produce parts in materials that can be used for production.

The CNC Process

The video above shows a CNC machine in action.

CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process – cutting material away from a starting block to create a finished component, usually metal.

Subtractive manufacturing is a production manufacturing process that allows you to prototype to the exact specifications found in a production environment. There are more design restrictions with CNC compared to using 3d printing.

Our CNC machines can mill parts from:

  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Brass
  • Copper
  • Mild Steel
  • Magnesium
